Do not fear death

Do not fear death.

We all will die.

It's not smart to worry about the inevitable.

It's over when you're pushing flowers, when you've crossed the river.

When you've gone over to the other side, when you've passed that Event Horizon. That's when you're in a new realm. In a new frame of conciousness that's when at least this existence ends that's the only destination.

Easier said than done for me.

I try and "level up" daily with my workouts and as a man.

Trying to keep Father Time at bay the best I can while here.

The advice I have for fear of getting older is that's a natural feeling to lose your youth and abilities.

That's a process of getting old.

But, getting old is getting wiser.

Getting older is taking your life experiences and being able to make a difference in this world.

Getting older is experience & knowledge which equals power.

Getting older you should be able to reflect on the good you've done. Getting older is the ideology of youth, living and dying.

But I ask in the moments between birth and death what did you do when you had your youth and strength?

Did you make a difference and if you did THEN GETTING OLDER DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING because YOU LIVED YOUR LIFE WITH PURPOSE.

Nuff said,

Machine out.
