Giving a CRAP is expensive. You're labeled as a bad person when you don't care about everything/everyone via social media posts....not liking a Facebook post, not commenting on the latest stupidity etc. You're trained to say YES, to never offend, never disappoint.
To smile at all your obligations that you HATE for all the people that you can't stand and events that you hope get cancelled so that you don't have to go to.
You got no boundaries for yourself, no filters and no standards. You're handing out "CRAPS" like Halloween candy to everyone, people that you went to school with 30 years ago, people that you've not spoke to in years so you give so many CRAPS away.
This can be fixed by learning the 2 most important words in the world NO THANKS.
This is how to be FREE. You don't owe your time + energy to everybody. You don't owe your mental space, money + weekends to baby showers, dinners, get together etc..
Maybe build a spine and some standards. Start your CRAP BUDGET, stop giving away your time, energy and attention....stop getting sucked into a Black Hole of nonsense because you can't say NO.
I have VALUE and give ZERO CRAPS anymore about giving things away for FREE when I already give so much away for FREE.
Stop hanging out with the wrong people in your life. You hand out/pay attention to these OG friends that you've known since high school or you because your kids are friends or whatever excuse you use to validate why you're hanging out with these energy vampires. These jokers don't have the same VISION, AMBITION, DRIVE or CORE VALUES as you. So you allow them to PIN you down to the mat. Because of their discomfort with your evolution, YOURS. You're stacking wins yet you allow these nutters to hold you down because they don't like the way your success makes them feel.
They end up talking about you behind your back in a negative way that makes them look good and in a way that appears as if it is out of concern for you and your best interest.
No, they have their interest in mind. They're going to try and stop you. Because you've leveled up past them, it exposes them to their lack of "gusto" and follow through. They're stuck in their own shit show that they've created while making excuses to validate why they're where they are. While you refuse to live in their distraction and escape while they still choose to live there.
Most people view people like me as a THREAT because they have so much low self esteem, low self worth and insecurities. So they talk out both sides of their mouth attacking you because they don't like the way your success makes them feel.
So stop giving a CRAP!
Why care how they feel if they hold you back. If you're stacking wins and someone doesn't like it you're hanging out with the wrong people. Want to expose your supposed friends?
See how they react to your WINS...This shows true friendship. See who cheers you on when you start stacking wins.
Do an "AUDIT" on your life:
Kill every relationship that puts even the slightest doubt in your mind.
Stop trying to be for EVERYONE, be for those that put time into you as much as you put into them. You're going to get judged from both sides anyway so might as well build the "CRAP" out of the life YOU want than waiting via asking permission from a bunch of excuse making, jokers that always say YES.
Time is all we have, stop giving away your time.
