Ya got to stay consistent

Ya got to stay consistent, got to keep that frequency up. I felt rough today, didn't feel like training. But I knew I had to MOVE/GROOVE. It's that frequency piece, opens up that clarity for me. Allows me to stop running mental programs in my head.

I always get IT in wee hours of the morning, today wasn't one of those days. So I still got it in, did it later.

Doesn't have to be some REDLINED SMASH session, 20, 15 minutes is all you need. You got your baseline aka your standards, maybe it's 100 push-ups, 20 pull-ups then you do a workout based off that. Scale it back but hit the deck, drop to the floor and get it in.

There's really no excuse to not get your workout in.

I just don't understand the mindset of the average way of thinking.

Everyone has a floor, hit the floor and start pushing.

Don't ask what my workout was because I do more in 45 minutes than 99% of 25 year old men do in a week.

Facts.

Nuff said,

Coach Mike out.
