Since I've had comments asking to share more of my mindset on life, winning and standing against the brainwashed clown world we currently live in here is the first 12 steps to stacking wins and owning your days.
Speak affirmatively.
Become self made-self paid.
Don't be envious of others, Build your Brand aka YOU INC.
Understand that haters are feminine.
It's always harder to restart than to keep moving forward. Do one thing daily that gets you closer towards your goals.
Understand that the Government is not your friend. The bigger the gov the bigger the tyranny.
Just START, you cross bridges as you get to them, The first step is you start.
To be a Rebel Wolf: Rebel against the modern world.
Don't fall in line with the PC Police, the SJW, the WOKETY-WOKE & don't act as a NUTTER.
Stand tall as the MAN/WOMAN you are supposed to be.
The basics are what leads to MASTERY.
Learning is repetition, do it over and over again until you understand it. Rinse and repeat.

The Meaning of Life: Your life is what you make it.
You can make it good or you can be a whiny, beta wimp and make it bad. You can have a weak mindset and find the bad in everything.
I say develop & master yourself and you will find the good.
Be yourself fully, be awake to who you are, be true to yourself. Stop asking permission, if you want to know yourself you need to learn yourself. Be the authority, be in control of you.

Silence Isn’t Compliance
To not even respond to drama shows TRUE STRENGTH. Sometimes no response is the hardest thing to do. Be professional, don't even mention it or the person name that is attacking you.There's always 2 sides to a story.
How To Get Lean and Healthy
Drink Black Coffee for energy.
Want to lose weight?
Stop eating like a pig.
Stop eating out of a package.
Eat less.
Move more.
Problem solved.
Need it simplified?
Okay here...go in your house, get a big black garbage bag and all that is in a package throw in the bag.
Learn to cook real food.
Real food is Meat, drink water, and use salt to taste for the meat.
Calories in/calories out.
Burn more than you're taking in.
Stop eating after 8pm.
Let's talk about protein intake:
Eat 1.5 x your bodyweight in grams of Protein.
Example 180lbs bodyweight x 1.5 equals 270 grams of protein per day. Here, let's simplify this even more.
Step 1- Stop listening to Coaches with complicated calculations.
Step 2- Take your weight in POUNDS multiply it by 12.
That's your DAILY CALORIC INTAKE.
Step 3-Now take your Body Weight in POUNDS multiply it by 1.
That's your DAILY PROTEIN INTAKE.
*Like mentioned above you can make that 1.5 for more protein if you choose to.
Step 4-Eat MEAT, EGGS, salt to taste and drink water. You will lose weight. Eat meat till in doesn't taste good anymore. This means that you are satiated/full. Eat 1-2 times per day. If you are already lean then eat fattier cuts of meat. All meat is good.
Do not fry it. Baked or grilled is the way to go.
