Ya got to stay consistent
Ya got to stay consistent, got to keep that frequency up. I felt rough today, didn't feel like training. But I knew I had to MOVE/GROOVE. It's that frequency piece, opens up that clarity for me. Allows me to stop running mental programs in my head.
I always get IT in wee hours of the morning, today wasn't one of those days. So I still got it in, did it later.
Doesn't have to be some REDLINED SMASH session, 20, 15 minutes is all you need. You got your baseline aka your standards, maybe it's 100 push-ups, 20 pull-ups then you do a workout based off that. Scale it back but hit the deck, drop to the floor and get it in.
There's really no excuse to not get your workout in.
I just don't understand the mindset of the average way of thinking.
Everyone has a floor, hit the floor and start pushing.
Don't ask what my workout was because I do more in 45 minutes than 99% of 25 year old men do in a week.
Facts.

For the HATERS
I don't know how to be any other way. I'm not trying to be liked by everyone. I really don't care. I'm a very intense individual, I'm not for everybody. I'm very confident and have swagger. I do me, focused on stacking wins and kicking butt daily. I don't like most people, don't wish them ill will but my energy is different. I can't relate to average and some find me too gritty and maybe too abrasive. No problem, I say go somewhere else where they can feel comfortable. I'm not changing for anybody because they get all up in their feelings. At the end of the day I'm not fake nor a phony & I'm not going to sugarcoat anything. Working out to me isn't simply training it's a fight. It's my therapy against the demons of my childhood and my weaknesses. When it comes to working out I bring that intensity and I put my humility aside. For those that flap their gums and talk a bunch of mess understand that I am a MAN and I'll gladly have THAT conversation with anyone that challenges me. Just understand we are not the same, I'm not coming to be your friend, I'm coming to "ragdoll" you.

The Winner Wolf
I DROP TO THE GROUND WAITING FOR MY TRANSITION TO COMPLETE. THEN I FEEL IT, THE POWER OF A THOUSAND WOLVES AS THE VENOM FLOWS THROUGH MY VEINS. A DEEP GROWL PIERCES THROUGH THE ARENA, RUMBLING LIKE ROLLING THUNDER.
I STAND ALONE, NOT AS A MAN, BUT A WOLF. NOT JUST ANY WOLF BUT THE FRIGGING WINNER WOLF!
I love training
I love training, I love it.
I love being strong, being in shape, feeling good, feel like a man and not some simp weak beta boy.
I personally do better mentally when I have a physical goal. When I don't,
I find myself wandering.
I am the standard, my baseline is 100 push-ups, 20 pull-ups anywhere anytime.
You think you have strength?
You think you have endurance?
Let's see if you can combine the two.
Conditioning & Strength, not just for one rep, not two, not 3 reps. Get used to doing 20, 30 and more. I'm enduringly strong.
You want to look lean all year round?
Endurance training with implements of strength.
100 reps of body-weight, but 100 reps with 100 lbs on the dip belt.
That's the philosophy I'm looking for.
You can do all the one rep maxes that makes you feel good...good job on your ego. But, you can't deny 100.
BE BETTER
If you can go forward daily and be better you'll be part of a the 1% that actually does this. Everyday get just a little bit better physically, mentally and spiritually. I call this the TRIANGLE of GREATNESS.
Quit worrying about what everyone else says, do your "THING".
People are going to talk bad about you and disagree with you daily.
Stop getting all up in your feelings because someone has a different view than you.
I cut these people off, they're ghosts to me, they don't matter. If they're not hurting me directly I let them be. Often times the best STRENGTH is shown via RESTRAINT.
Get over yourself and be the 1%.
Be BETTER.
