Built In Excuses
The average always have built in excuses and liars always have explanations. I'm not for everyone, I'm not trying to be for everyone. I'm for people that want the truth.
My knowledge is always backed in fact and skin in the game.
Making training excuses is easy example:
It's cold outside, I can't feel my hands: So!
It's uncomfortable: So!
I have to get ready for work: So!
I woke up late, no time: So! You should have got up earlier.
You're late for work because you slept late, you had to iron your shirt for a job you hate going to anyway. You had to stop and get yourself and "kiddos" your Vanilla Mocha Joe sugary drink and muffin: So!
You have no excuse. Your explanation is full of crap.
Once you adopt this mindset you're going to be misunderstood because most people won't understand the grit, determination, commitment and ruthlessness that you have to have to achieve the goals you set. Most people are slackers.
So you're going to get judged on both sides of the equation. You're either doing too much and you should slow down or you''ll get the "you're not doing enough so what difference does it make"?
I say you might as well build the heck out of the life you want than wait and ask for permission from a bunch of wimps who are never going to be able to keep up with me anyway.
Understand that "they" can't hang with you because you're making moves to move forward and they're finding reasons to stay stuck.
In all of life do what you say, keep your word. Never miss if it is within your control. Always push for 1 more, 1 more rep, 1 more talk, one more of anything.
Always forward, rushing to do the work but never rush to the destination.

Overtraining is a hoax
Train every day, there is no such thing as overtraining.
Nature doesn't take a break.
Be ruthless of yourself and be your own worst critic.
The only thing I need to know is I'M NOT IT YET!
I mean look at me, I'm wearing a Leopard print tank and camo pants? If this ensemble doesn't say "DEFAMING" myself then I don't know what would.
Here's my ultimate Cheat Code to get fit and better, this is the start to your journey of strength and the new you.
It's called the 100 Hour Blueprint.
This means for 100 hours that you're gasping for breath working out hard. When you're done hit the timer button at 60 minutes. One hour of work every day. In 100 days nobody's going to recognize you. You will compete against yourself. It's ME against ME aka a hard man of reputation with swagger. I get crap done and outwork people half my age. You START NOW and get to work.
I do my all to stack wins daily, I'm that guy and SO CAN YOU.

Haters
Social Media has become this place where simpy, soft as teddy bears people come out of their safe spaces while shaped like bowling pins or look like a bag of milk critiquing WINNERS. You clowns can't carry my GYM BAG let alone try carrying my JOCK STRAP.
I always bring RECEIPTS: When you can perform a ONE FINGER PULL-UP with an extra 45 lbs strapped to your waist then come talk to me.
Until then get back in the house on mommy's tit and shut your frigging pie holes.
Nuff said.
Machine out.

Fitness hack: Do a little bit everyday, stop listening to those that tell you to take a break. You don't need a recovery day, start small.
Everyday do a 1 mile walk, do Push-ups, Squats and Bicycle crunches.
Start with 5 reps then do 4, 3, 2, 1 of each exercise. Now go back up the ladder 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of everything.
This is how you start. and this is how you get fit.
